During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. It was just minutes away from the beach, shops, restaurants, and night clubs. The fact that there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel was also a major bonus, as it allowed us to explore the city without having to rent a car. the free WiFi provided by the hotel was a great convenience, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.
The cleaning was done only every three days, which I found to be too long for a hotel stay. the AC in the room had a water leak issue that was not repaired, and we were still charged for the kitchen fee, even though the stove kitchen was not working properly.

The room needs to be renovated and the bathroom should be replaced. The tub was cracked and falling apart. The room number was 911 and it needed to be rescued.

The Staff and the service at this hotel are just wonderful. This was our first trip to honolulu and the advise und help we got from the hotel staff was just super.We can honestly recommend this hotel as a fine vacation destination.
